Please use the form below to choose a login, password and supply several other details relevant to using eGRANT. When you have completed the form to your satisfaction, click the Proceed button at the bottom of the page.

Note: We suggest you select a login that can be used and shared by all representatives of the agency for which you are applying in this and any future eGrant application periods.  

If you act on behalf of more than one nonprofit agency, you will be required to create an eGrant login for each agency you represent.
